Marinated Salmon

  • Take out excess fat from chicken thigh, and season with coarse salt and pour in SAKE. Chop cabbage into large pieces.

  • In a deep pot, add chicken broth and heat it until boiling. Add chicken thigh and cook for 6 minutes with lid on over medium heat. Open the lid and add cabbage and TOASTED sesame oil, and cook another 4 minutes without the lid.

  • Turn off the heat, take out chicken, and cut into pieces. Place in soup bowls with cabbage and cooking liquid.
