Ajillo of Chicken, Prawns, and Mushrooms

  • Peel and devein prawns. Cut into three pieces.

  • Cut the mushrooms in half.

  • Cut the chicken in bite-size pieces, and peel and mash the garlic.

  • Put Untoasted Sesame Oil in a pot and add prawns, chicken, mushrooms, red peppers, laurel and rosemary.

  • Sauté over medium heat, stirring occasionally. The dish is done when the chicken is heated thoroughly.
