Chicken Ratatouille with Baguette

  • Takes 15 minutes to make; yields 2 servings.



  • Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and spice the chicken with salt and pepper.  Put the chicken in a zip bag and add untoasted sesame oil and start massaging the chicken to get the sesame flavor. Cut the zucchini into round slices and cut the yellow paprika and the onions small dices. Finally mince the garlic.

  • Place the zucchini and the yellow paprika on a microwavable plate and warm it up for 2 minutes in 600w.

  • Place the chicken onto a preheated pan with garlic and cook on a medium. When you see the chicken getting some color add in the microwaved vegetables.

  • Add in the consommé and the canned tomatoes into the pan and brush the tomatoes with a wooden spoon or any sort of cooking materials and cook the whole thing for about five minutes. And add in salt and pepper.

  • Finally place the finished chicken and vegetables onto a plate and add in grated cheese and parsley.

  • P.S. adding pasta can also be good!!
