Deep Fried Potato with Tahini Dressing

  • Rinse potatoes with running water, and leave the skin on and cut into 6 pieces. Soak in water for 3-5 minutes and pat dry with a paper towel.

  • In a small bowl combine ★ingredients and make dressing.

  • In a deep frying pan or wok, add Toasted sesame oil and heat the oil until it reaches 275℉. Fry the potatoes until golden brown and crispy on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside. Remove from the oil, drain well, and toss with coarse salt.

  • Put the potato on the plate and pour the sesame dressing. Garnish with mint leaves.
