Healthy Mushroom Soup

  • Serving for 4



  • Wash mushrooms.Cut off the stem of shimeji mushrooms andcut in half.

  • Add water and mushroomsina pot. Boil, then simmer on low heat,put the lid on, and cook 5 minutes.

  • Add soy sauce and salt.

  • Add beaten eggs into the pot.

  • Add Untoasted (or Lightly Toasted) sesame oil.
