Marinated Salmon

  • Cut vegetables, mince dill, thinly slice red onion, and cut lemon into quarters.

  • Season salmon with salt and pepper and marinate overnight with Untoasted sesame oil, plus vegetables from step 1.

  • Slice marinated salmon thinly (similar to slices of smoked salmon), season with salt and pepper, and add marinated vegetables and capers.
