In a food processer, blend avocado and Untoasted to make avocado sauce. Salt to taste.
Top crackers with a dollop of avocado sauce and tuna mixture. Garnish with parsley.
Cut flounder into small cubes. Combine flounder with 2 Tablespoons Untoasted sesame oil and salt to taste.
Finely mince the salty seaweed and walnuts.
Serve flounder mixture on spoons, topped with seaweed and nut mixture. Garnish with parsley.
