Sake & Sesame Flavored Steamed Clams

  • In a deep frying pan, put in clams and Sake, cover, and steam with high heat till clams start to open. Take out all the clams and put onto plate, and leave the cooking juice in the pot.

  • Boil until the juice has reduced to half volume, add soy sauce and Toasted sesame oil and turn off the heat.

  • Garnish with chopped scallion.
