Sesame Cabbage and Ham Coleslaw

  • Takes 10 minutes to make; yields 2 servings.



  • Cut the cabbage and carrot into fine strips and cut the ham thin lines. 

  • Get a good size bowl and add the cabbage, carrots and salt and start to mix them together and leave that aside.

  • Make sure the cabbage and the carrots are dry and add in the corn, white sesame seeds, sesame oil into the bowl and mix.

  • Leave the coleslaw into the fridge so it will be nice and cold when eating.

  • P.S. you can also add cucumber or chicken breasts!!
