Cut the cabbage and carrot into fine strips and cut the ham thin lines.
Get a good size bowl and add the cabbage, carrots and salt and start to mix them together and leave that aside.
Make sure the cabbage and the carrots are dry and add in the corn, white sesame seeds, sesame oil into the bowl and mix.
Leave the coleslaw into the fridge so it will be nice and cold when eating.
P.S. you can also add cucumber or chicken breasts!!
