Sesame Radish and Ham

  • Takes 5 min to make; yields 2 servings. 



  • Take the skin off the radish and cut the radish and ham into quarter slices.

  • Put the radish and the ham into a zip bag and add in untoasted sesame oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper and mix them well and leave it in the fridge.

  • Place the finished radish and ham onto a plate and top it with some black pepper.
