Soft Steamed Chicken Rice

  • Takes 15 min to make; yields two servings. 



  •  Put one tablespoon of toasted sesame oil onto the chicken breast. And place the ginger, scallion onto the chicken and place a cover on to leave it in the microwave for 600w for 3 minutes. 

  • Place the rice into two bowls and mix the soup from the cooked chicken and a teaspoon of sesame oil, some salt together and add it onto the rice. 

  • Cut the chicken into easy bite sizes and place them into the rice bowl. Finally decorate and add in all the * ingredients to the chicken and the coriander to the dish.
